I used ffactor.com for a bit, and my experience with the subscription was just okay. Signing up was simple, so that part went smoothly. But when I wanted to change or cancel things, the account page wasn’t very clear, so it took me longer than expected to figure it out. I did manage to get it sorted in the end, so it wasn’t a major problem. It would just be better if the subscription settings were easier to find and understand. Overall, not bad, but not great either.

The return process was straightforward overall. I did get my refund in the end, it just took a little longer than I expected.

I was follow it for weeks and didn’t lose any weight. It feel like a waste of time and money, and I just ended up getting frustrated.

I tried F-Factor because I thought, okay, easy fiber, how dramatic could this possibly be? Apparently very dramatic. My stomach absolutely did not agree with it, like immediately started acting like I had personally offended it.

After a few days I was insanely bloated and gassy, and the cramps at night were ridiculous. I drank plenty of water like the instructions said, but I still felt heavy, uncomfortable, and kind of miserable. It went from “healthy habit” to “why is my entire day being ruined by fiber?” real fast.

Maybe it’s great for other people, but for me the digestive discomfort was way too much. I stopped using it and felt better after, which pretty much told me everything I needed to know. Definitely not buying it again

I ended up ordering from ffactor.com because I kept seeing stuff about their fiber products and got curious!! I checked the ingredient list first, and it looked clean to me, which I really appreciated!! Nothing seemed packed with weird random ingredients I couldn’t even pronounce!!
The taste is fine, not something I’d call amazing, but definitely decent enough!! The quality does seem solid overall, so I’m happy I tried it!! I’m taking off one star mostly because it’s a little pricey for what it is!!!

I placed my order and expected it to show up around the estimated delivery date, but it never arrived. This is where it got annoying, when I reached out to support, the updates were super vague and didn’t really tell me what was going on or when I should expect it. I’m still waiting and frustrated.

I had to ask the same question more than once just to get anywhere. Really disappointing experience, and I don’t think I’d order from them again.

I don’t know exactly how to put it, but the site just felt straightforward to use. I was able to get around without feeling lost, and I found what I needed without too much effort. A couple pages seemed a bit slow, which was a little annoying, but overall I had a good feeling about it.

It’s just too pricey for me. I don’t really think it was worth the money.

I really wanted to like this, but the taste was just too chalky and kind of weird. You take a sip expecting it to be okay, and then that texture hits and it’s hard to keep going

The meal plan is okay overall, and I like the idea behind it, but it’s not super flexible. Some days it worked fine with my schedule, but other days I had to move things around, and that just felt like extra work I didn’t really want to deal with. It’s decent, but a little too strict for real life.
